mushroom with roasted peppers over water
milled grits and crisp onion rings

gold beets, hubbard squash and fennel with
sticky rice thimble, sea salt and pepper goat
cheese and a sponged battered fuji apple wedge

gold beet root, holy trinity-(pepper, celery & onion)
roasted elephant garlic and smoked tomato
sauté with spicy white & orange sweet potatoes
and a sweet onion ring in my sponge batter
