this is my very first ever sous chef at my first hampton road's restaurant, thedumbwaiter bistro in norfolk.  she later married one of my waiters, daniel and they left years ago to go pursue her dream, owning a farm, raising goats and making cheese.  we serve it here and it is just wonderful.  u go gail hobbs paige jr., the end.

  here are my systers and mom with my cousin peggy on the left.  they paid me a visit and we had a blast and so from the left it's peggy, debra, mom, vicki, dana and charleen, linda didn't make the trip which probably fun for her with no one home in biloxi, LOL

to the right is my smoked beef tenderloin topped with slow roast porkbelly sitting on cherry tomato, flat beans and red onion with a balsamic syrup, dam good
  this is my new expresso tart with a white chocolate walnut ganache and topped again with a mocha chocolate ganache
  saute barramundi (black pacific bass) on yellow tomato pepper and crowder pea with a cucumber basil sauce
this is my syster vicki inside an aligator's mouth, i was able to save her after i shot this picture and before he could eat here, u just have to be real careful down in biloxi mississippi now.  the end
