                        Stove's dessert offerings, a sample of dessert we offer, they change often

So now I'm getting some great strawberries and the tail in of apples.  It's kind of like birth and death but not morbid.  The end comes at the same time as birth and makes a dam good cobbler.  I'm doing fat lard short cake biscuits with the strawberries as well as cobblers with strawberry and tart apples.  I'm even putting strawberries in my salads.  it's a good time of year and now that the easter bunny has been eaten I don't have to worry bout my garden.....the end

la petite cobbler

tonight I’m offering a pink lady apple & strawberry cobbler tossed in a sugar
lemon butter slurry served with a caramel sauce and stovetilly cream

the salty dog

a bittersweet chocolate tart with a semi sweet chocolate ganache topped with
a touch of smoked sea salt sided with a sweet chocolate ganache

the coco nut

a custard tart with white & brown sugar, toasted coconut sided with
a white chocolate sauce and whiskey whipped crème

I use all six chocolates in this dessert, a shortbread pecan crust topped with
a unsweet & bittersweet tart filling, topped with a sweet & milk chocolate ganache
sitting on a white & dark chocolate sauce and it’s so good people call in and request it
be on the menu for the night, audra has some competition….

the chocolate and port flight taste

a flight of a vintage port, tawny port & a madeira pared with my PoNo chocolate
dessert. the 2000 grahams vintage port, the warres 10 yr. tawny port and blandy's
5 yr. madeira, 3- 2oz. pours with a slice of my dark chocolate tart, blissful

I make all desserts in house, extremely high quality chocolates, fresh local fruits and my two
birds at home make the sugar so u just can’t get a better dessert, enjoy
