this class we'll be baking, pie dough's, fillings, cakes and butter creams, desert sauces, ganache, galettes, tartlet's and more. you will also eat what u make so come hungry for sugar. below is an example of one of the desserts we'll make, a lemon buttermilk tart with lemon white chocolate ganache and homemade vanilla whipped cream.
we start promply at 2pm and the cost is 65 dollars per person.
