Stove's Cooking Class Dates
these are the dates I still have openings in
Baking Class - April 15th - this class we'll bake desserts, cakes, pies & tarts, doughs and specialty desserts
Bread Baking Class - May 20th - this class we will make artisan breads, quick breads, the world's best biscuit and rolls
Savory Class - June 17 - this one we will do veggie pan roasts, savory cheesecake & pan cakes as well as grill fish, saute fish and show you how to pull together a meal when you have no time to waste
I will be teaching these 3 different classes with different dates for each class. If one is full hopefully you'll be able to take one of the later dates. I will always update date for future classes later next year if these dates don't work for you. Each class is $75 per person per class. If you would like to book a class you can email me your date request at sydvez@verizon.net or call 757.397.0900, space is limited. In order to secure your spot you will need to prepay. If you are not able to make the date you paid for you can select a spot in a later class. Please send a check paid to the order of Sydney Meers or call or email me your credit card information with date or dates to secure you spot. If you choose to pay with a credit card I only take Master Card or Visa. Classes are kept small to no more than ten people and are hands on. If you don't want to participate but feel more comfortable watching that is perfectly fine. You do not need to be of any cooking level to attend these classes, their design for laymen all the way up to semi professional, (if your a professional why would you come, LOL). You will get an instruction and recipe notebook with extra space for note as well. The classes are fun, informative and you get to eat food prepared. If you have a gift certificate for a class that i have issued just call and let us know the date you want to come and bring in certificate and you'll be ready to go.
